Cancelation Policy

 

There may be situations that you may want to or we would need to cancel your order. These are the following:

Unsuccessful Payment

If a payment via credit card or Direct Deposit is unsuccessful. Your order will not be processed and we will contact and assist you so that we can complete your order and ship your item quickly. Please be informed that credit card payments may put your payment on hold if transaction entered has triggered security precautions. Such cases are beyond our control however please feel free to ask us for alternative solutions.

Order has not been processed yet

If your order has not been processed and dispatched within the 3 business-day time frame due to unforeseen reasons (including ordered item being out of stock), you may choose to wait until the product is available again or you may cancel your order. If you choose the latter, we will void the payment authorization sent via credit card at the time of purchase and there will be no charges made to your account or your credit cards. If you have paid via Direct Deposit, we will give you a full refund through the same bank that was used to transfer funds to us.

Please note that should you wish to cancel your order and the following statuses are applicable, approval will be based solely on CameraSky’s discretion:

– Started processing
– Processed
– Shipped or Dispatched from our warehouse (Please see our shipping and delivery page regarding extra charges for change of address and other problems)
– Delivered to the Delivery address (You still retain the right to return your order under our return policy)

If you wish to cancel you order right after you have just placed it, please contact us immediately. Our support hours are open 7 days a week from 8:00AM – 5:00PM on Weekdays (AEST Time) and 8:00AM – 1:00PM on Weekends (AEST Time). We will be happy to help.
