How long does delivery take?
We will do our best to ship your items within one business day, with maximum wait time of 3 business days. Once item has been shipped and tracking number has been provided, please observe the following timeline:

1-3 working days major cities, 3 to 5 days ordinary areas, 1 to 2 extra days for remote areas |
| Shipping Express: |
4-7 working days, 1 to 2 extra days for remote areas. |
| EMS: |
3 to 8 days depending your location. remote area may take extra 1 to 2 days. |
| Registered Air-mail: |
may take 7 to 15 days. extra days may be needed for remote area. |

Registered Air mail does provide a code for delivery, however may not be available for real-time tracking depending on your local postal service. Please contact us for any delivery enquiry.
Changing shipping address?
We do suggest to confirm your shipping address before order confirmation as there will be a charge of AU$15 to arrange any change of address once your order has been processed or shipped. Change of address may not be successful and delivery time maybe extended. Risk of loss of order may become higher.
Do you offer shipping insurance?
Shipping an order nowadays is very safe and secure but if this still concerns you, we do offer shipping insurance during check out.
