Therefore CameraSky does offer an Australia Local 12 month warranty covering your cameras and lenses with any manufacturer’s defect or malfunction. You may simply contact our customer service to arrange the return to our service agent and we will repair and return to you.

We will do our best to ship your items within one business day, with maximum wait time of 3 business days. Once item has been shipped and tracking number has been provided, please observe the following timeline:

In the event that this equipment requires any repair or service you must visit us at www.mackcam.com to obtain a Repair Authorization Number and current shipping charges. If you have any questions please visit us at www.mackcam.com or call toll free 1-800-252-MACK.
Depending on the type of equipment or service needed you may be able to use one of Mack’s authorized service centers near you. To locate an authorized service center near you please e-mail us at [email protected]. Please note that a control number must be obtained from Mack Camera prior to obtaining service from an authorized service center. For international inquiries e-mail us at [email protected].
Mack Camera & Video Services Inc. is not responsible for international shipping or any fees associated with Duties, Taxes or Brokerage fees upon Custom’s clearance.
The equipment will be restored to proper operating condition at no charge to you (this includes warranted parts and labor for manufacturer’s defects.) Such service, repair or adjustment of this equipment is assured the registered contract holder, provided the equipment has not been tampered with, modified or damaged as a result of liquid, sand, grit, impact and physically broken parts. You may transfer ownership of this service contract to another person for a $20.00 administrative fee. Mack Camera & Video Service reserves the right to terminate service contracts if invoices are not paid according to terms or are fraudulently altered by the dealer or service contract holder. This service contract permits one head cleaning a year at Mack Camera & Video Service Inc.
This service contract does not cover damaged LCD screens, cables, tapes, DVD’s, batteries, AC adapters, remotes, software, connectors, interchangeable lenses, or any additional accessories or other expenses of consequential damages.
Mack Camera & Video Service will not be liable for loss of revenues or profits, inconvenience, expense of substitute equipment, loss of incidental or consequential damages. If the unit can not be repaired by Mack Camera or the Manufacturer for manufacturer’s defects, replacement will be made with the same or equivalent model based on the contracted unit current market value at our discretion.
This service contract only applies to the product(s) specified herein.
This service contract is not an insurance policy or a warranty. This service contract is only valid if positive identification is presented at the time of service.
A separate service contract is available for interchangeable lenses.
