The computer equipment registered below is guaranteed to operate properly according to manufacturer’s specifications for a period of 3 additional years from the expiration of the manufacturer’s warranty or we shall repair same to operate properly. This service contract may be purchased for New Products with at least ninety (90) days remaining on the original manufacturer’s warranty. You must register this warranty within thirty (30) days with Mack Camera by visiting us at our website www.mackcam.com or by calling us toll free at 1-800-252-MACK (6225) or 973-467-2291.

In the event that this equipment requires any repair or service you must visit www.mackcam.com and arrange for service to obtain a Repair Authorization Number and current shipping charges. Mack Camera & Video Service Inc. is not responsible for international shipping or for any fees associated with Duties, Taxes or Brokerage fees upon Customs clearance.

Your equipment will be restored to proper operating condition at no charge to you (this includes warranted parts and labor). This limited service contract applies only the product(s) specified herein. Such service, repair or adjustment of the equipment is assured the original purchaser only and related only to the components named and serial numbers recorded on original service contract. This service contract applies only if the equipment has not been misused, cracked, tampered with, cosmetically damaged, modified or damaged as a result of accident, liquid, impact or lack of proper care as indicated in the manual of operations. Service contract does not extend to installation or adjustment at the user’s location, and it does not include non original manufacturer specification RAM, AC adapters, external hard drives, all batteries, any software programs, or sensitive information data on your system and other accessories.

Mack Camera & Video Service is not responsible for software, including the operating system, third-party software, or reloading of software. (A fee will be applied for systems that require operating system restoration.) This limited service contract is transferable for a $20.00 administrative fee.

Mack Camera & Video Service will not be liable for the loss of revenues or profits, inconvenience, expense of substitute equipment, loss of incidental or consequential damages.
If the equipment cannot be restored to manufacturer’s specifications or is deemed by Mack Camera, in its sole discretion, to be beyond economic repair, or if the unit has been repaired 3 consecutive times for the same repair and it requires a 4th repair for the same problem, Mack may, at our discretion, replace your unit with a reconditioned model or equivalent model of like kind and quality or refund you the current market value of your covered equipment in U.S. Dollars. Any refund will be limited to the price you paid for the original product excluding taxes. If a replacement or refund is made under this contract there will no longer be coverage under this contract and all obligations are satisfied.

This service contract only covers a unit malfunction. This service contract does not cover In-warranty parts not provided or shipped by the manufacturer. Operational or mechanical failure covered by manufacturer’s warranty, manufacturer’s recall, improper construction, or factory bulletins, (regardless of whether or not the manufacturer is doing business as an ongoing enterprise).

Mack Camera and Video Service has the right to terminate service contract contracts if invoices are not paid within terms or are fraudulently altered by the dealer or service contract holder.

This service contract applies only to the product specified herein.
