How do we process your orders?

Order placed

  1. Order placed before 3pm will start processing within the same day (max. 3 working days)

  2. Order placed after 3pm will start processing the next working day.

  3. NO payment is captured at this stage.

  4. ***Order will be processed in a queue, In care you need to have it delivered URGENTLY, order with Priority Handling and your order will be processed first on top of the others’.


Payment & Stock Confirmation

  1. We check our warehouse for updated stock level

  2. We confirm and secure stock for your order

  3. Once stock confirmed we will double check your payment and your payment will be captured after checked.

  4. *** In case there is any payment to verify with you or stock issue that we cannot ship your order in time, we will make you are contact and you may decide to cancel or to wait for the re-stock.


Packing and Pending to Dispatch

  1. Your ordered products will then be packed and pending for delivery agent to pick.

  2. Tracking number will be inputted in the system once it’s dispatched from our warehouse

  3. Tracking method will also be emailed to you. with Tracking number and Websites.

  4. ***If you would need faster delivery, be sure to order Priority Handling and we will ship your order with the Quickest possible delivery method usually International Priority Service.

  1. Great! you are now protected by our Free 12 month Australian Warranty.

  2. Need longer warranty period? No worries, don’t forget to select it with your selection at our product page.

  3. ***If you have forgotten to add extra warranty into your basket, please let our CS know and we will help you adding it in your order.
