Dear customers

It has come to the attention of the management that some customers are experiencing problems in communicating with Galaxies Track Ltd or Digital Skies Services Pty Ltd regarding their claims for refund, as a result we strongly recommend any customers that have a claim for refund against Galaxies Track Ltd or Digital Skies Services Pty Ltd take the following action(s).

For customers who paid via PayPal please note you are protected by PayPals’ Buyer Protection policy, details can be found here https://www.paypal.com/au/webapps/mpp/buyer-protection, if you have not already done so please login to your account and go to the transaction in question, and raise a PayPal dispute. (Note if you are having difficulty doing this and your primary source of funds for the transaction was a credit card or debit card please see below the below information)

For customers who paid via Credit Card or Debit Card please note you are protected by your card issuer and your card provider, if you have not already done so please contact your card issuer (bank or institution that provided your card) and raise a dispute.

For customers who paid via Direct Deposit please contact your financial institution and discuss with them any options you have in regards to having the transaction reversed.

Please be assured we are communicating to Galaxies Track Ltd the need to resolve any and all such cases, we are also looking in to any other avenues available to us to assist any customers affected by the transition.

Please be aware that as of 12:00am on Wednesday the 15th of January 2014

and

Digital Skies Services Pty Ltd
ACN: 162 218 877

Have sold the assets and following trading names of Camerasky, Camerasky.com.au, Android Enjoyed, Android-enjoyed.com, Digital Skies, digital-skies.com, Androidskies and Androidskies.com, these assets were purchased by the Hending Group with the following two companies Hending Digital Skies Ltd and Digital Skies Group Pty Ltd set to manage and administer the purchased assets, the conditions of purchase relate to the assets only of the businesses, for existing customers the Hending Group, Galaxies Track Ltd and Digital Skies Services Pty Ltd have come to the following agreements.

For existing customers in relation to goods already delivered

  1. We the Hending Group will honor any and all current and future valid warranty claims.
  2. Galaxies Track Ltd and Digital Skies Services Pty Ltd will be liable for any cases were the goods shipped prior to the 15th of January 2014 were the received goods have not been as described and or not of merchantable quality or any other instance which arises and does not fall under a valid warranty claim.

For existing customers in relation to goods not already delivered

  1. We the Hending Group will honor any insurance claims that may arise for goods dispatched and lost or damaged in transit from the 15th of January 2014.
  2. Galaxies Track Ltd and Digital Skies Services Pty Ltd will be liable for any outstanding insurance claims prior to the 15th of January 2014.
  3. Galaxies Track Ltd and Digital Skies Services Pty Ltd will be liable for any outstanding orders placed prior to the 15th of January 2014.

For customers who have not already received their goods and do not have their goods in transit please note Galaxies Track Ltd and Digital Skies Services Pty Ltd will continue to be liable for you’re out standing transaction, we recommend you pursue a refund from them for this by contacting them via [email protected].

Please note the customer service team will not be able to assist you in pursuing or progressing any refunds for orders placed prior to the 15th of January, if you do wish for any escalations you can email your concerns and details to [email protected] and attention the letter to Management / Administration, we will assist were we can to highlight your concerns and issues to Galaxies Track Ltd and Digital Skies Services Pty Ltd.
